Laboratory of Pathological Plant Physiology is a part of the Institute of Experimental Botany of the Czech Academy of Sciences.
We study plant – microbe interactions with a special focus on hormonal interplay and phospholipid signalling. We aim to uncover the molecular mechanisms involved in plant defence in model and natural pathosystems:
Arabidopsis thaliana – Pseudomonas syringae / Hyaloperonospora arabidopsidis / Botrytis cinerea / Blumeria graminis
Brassica napus (oilseed rape) – Leptosphaeria maculans / Sclerotinia sclerotiorum / Alternaria brassicicola / Plutella xylostella / Brevicoryne brassicae
