Currently open topics for Bc/MSc students

  • Mechanisms of pathogenicity of the filamentous fungus Leptosphaeria maculans
  • Salicylic acid on a crossroad between growth and defence in plants
  • Interaction of bacteriophages with plant defence system
  • Roots as interface of interaction with pathogenic fungi
